The apartments are non-smoking and it is not possible to accommodate pets.
The deposit is 1x rent. If the apartment is in good order upon your departure, we will return the full deposit back to your bank account. This is a refundable security deposit.
Electricity consumption is not included in the price. It ranges around €50-70/month
